Ok, look at the house, the interior...and the price. What in the world are they thinking?

The other items this seller has listed are in a more realistic range. Maybe this is a typo?

It doesn't surprise me.  The seller is My Doll House mini shop in San Antonio.  The price for the house on their website is $2,699 so the ebay listing is a bargain LOL!

Oh wait it just got better...

Here is the same house (as the artisan built custom) with a lot more in it for just slightly less money (but at least the interior is done):

So it is a House that Jack Built! And once upon a time it went for $120 without shingles.

Does anyone know what house this is? I saw another like it posted in the Tampa, FL Craigslist.

It is the SW Crafts Fantasy Island House.  I have the kit in my stash.  Very rare to find, but that seems pricey even built!

That is a Skilcraft kit  I have that one in my stash as well!  They are great houses as they are 1/4" plywood (die cut), assemble easily, and are very sturdy.  I have four of Skilcraft kits in my collection and am anxious to get started on one.  The Skilcraft Victorian was my first ever build.

I'm not sure, but that may be a Hofco house. But it's definitely not from the 50s. More like late 70s or 80s.

Could be, I have no idea, this is what the seller suggests on the posting, but we know that lots of times they are dead wrong. :ermm:

Is that house levitating or something? Because the back base pieces are missing.

I really do loke that house, but I don't love it $800 worth!

That seems like a great price. I have been buying a lot from that seller lately. He has been listing a lot of things at great prices. Take a look at his other items. he ships fast too.

Thank you, Samantha! This is also Hofco Southern Dynasty kit then. I thought it looked familiar but I just couldn't come up with the name.
