I got one in similar condition for $35 and it's awesome--really big, sturdy, lots of cool details. All 3 together for $100 is certainly a fantastic deal! If anyone here is interested and has questions about it, LMK. (I can tell you, for example, that it's front opening and has both stairs and a fire pole worked into the design.) Whew! Glad it was done. Oh except they didn't paper the lower and upper hallways. !!! But I think I can handle that...worth it for all the work they did. So while I love that this is a cheap Fairfield, it will take someone some skills and small hands to finish this. But such a great 1:24 house. Nice ceiling heights.
