Sent him an email requesting that the sheets be compared to the schematics to verify all sheets are still in the box.

Okay, I received this from the seller.

"Confirmed complete. Instructions note 14 numbered wood sheets - all are present. Plus 4 sheets of shingles. (Unfortunately a few more pieces are loose from the handling required to confirm all the sheets being present).
Thank you for asking. I am going to hold off on updating the listing in case you wish to end your waiting and do the BIN. (Not that it makes much difference to you but I am selling to benefit my church rummage sale and proceeds will go to local charities).. Good luck in 'the hunt'..."

I guess it's early Merry Christmas to me.

Well, well, well.....here we go again.  Granville listed on ebay.  Looks like seller did their research and placed the buy it now price at what the last one sold for.  If someone bids on it, then the Buy It Now option, will no longer be available. Not really sure if I should go for it not knowing if it truly is all intact.

Sent him an email requesting that the sheets be compared to the schematics to verify all sheets are still in the box.  I will wait and see what they report back.  It might be sold by the time I hear back from them, but they priced it high, and it's a risky investment without knowing if it is all intact.

Congrats! You are the proud owner of the elusive Granville! I’m so happy for you!

Susie, I am so excited.  I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it this morning.  I didn't really want to pay that much, but what's a girl to do!  This one is a keeper for me, like the BH and the San Fran.  By the way, I have finished my SanFran 555, so I needed something to work on for this year.  Looking forward to getting started on her.  This is my first Artply house, so it will be a new endeavor for me.

For the micro mini enthusiasts - this is 1:144 scale (dollhouse for the dollhouse):

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Delicate-1-144-Inch-Scale-Miniature-Hemy-Eppich-House/172988057383

Check out the tiny interior furnishings! Wow!

Amazing!  I can't believe how detailed they are for being so microscopic.

P.S.  At the bottom in related links, there was a link to a Kerri Pajutee English bulldog being offered for sale.  Bidding is currently at $102.

Take a look at this Pepperwood Farm! It has been customized/bashed - the porch and bay window extension have been flipped to the opposite side!  Cool!  It's a nicely done house, but still don't think I'd pay the $150.

I wonder if the photos were flipped? I'm surprised they flipped the plan. I love that house plan. And $150 for all that work is a good price, but I still find the size daunting and the fact that I'd have to switch out the mint green exterior. And they skipped the window frames - which is an effort.  At least the inside is primed. I hope.

Interesting house on Offer Up.  They say it's antique, not sure about that.  I haven't seen this one before.  I personally don't like the window trims on it, but the price is right.

That's the Walmer French Townhouse, I think it's called. I'd kill for that house!

Thanks. She is an acquaintance of mine. One of these days I have to go over and see her new studio. Here is her blog describing the house:

I went to see the English Bulldog which is now gone up a lot, it is lovely and would have loved it despite the price  but he is does not conform to the breed standard for which I was greatly relieved or I would have joined the bidding

Walmer French Townhouse

I googled it and that is exactly what it is.  I sent an email asking her the size of the house, but never heard back from her.  Probably, busy with the holiday so, maybe she will respond after Thanksgiving.   Doesn't it always seem the house you want is never in the same location you are.  If I buy it, I would rehab it then sell it.  Kelly I wish you could have it, and I would be willing to ship it to you,  but I imagine shipping it would cost way too much.

Colleen, that's actually one of the coolest things about it is that it has the old "drop down" assembly. I have this kit in my stash, was lucky enough to score it off of Craigslist not quite 10 years ago for $20. Those thick moldings accept wooden pins that hold the walls together. They were made like that at the time for service families to be able to take them with them when they moved or were stationed elsewhere -- probably one of the reasons I've loved the old Walmer houses as much as I have!  :)

Timberbrook attic stairs.. I've always loved these stairs & I'd probably bid if they shipped to Oz. even though they are a bit pricey.

Sam, if you'd like I think I have at least two sets of these if you're looking for one. Just message me and I'll see what I can find out in regards to shipping cost to Oz for you.

Hope everyone had an awesome Turkey day if you celebrate Thanksgiving!

Whoa, free in San Francisco: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/tag/d/free-incredible-giant/6398493656.html

I remember seeing this house a while ago on Craigslist listed by a consignment shop? Guess it didn't sell. I think we determined it's a Tower House with some really funky decorating decisions. I'd go rescue it but I don't have the space or the interest in rehabbing a 1:12 house. Now if it were half scale...

Also the Ric Pierce roombox I posted a few days ago now has a price on it, only $50: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/tag/d/wooden-doll-house-14-14/6389894247.html

And on the other end of the price spectrum... "Craftsman built" - isn't this a Dura-Craft kit? Appraised at $5,500? I'd like to have that appraiser over to give me a quote on my dollhouses... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wooden-Doll-House-craftsman-built-13-rooms-rolling-base-and-fully-furnished/162770931344

A free tower house... someone get it please!! :D

That Duracraft is a Victorian Mansion.. they show up on EBay regularly for nothing like that price. That seller needs to do some research.
