Ok I saw this little stove on ebay - because I am looking for smaller pieces for the tiny Beacon Hill kitchen.

My question is - where does the pipe go? It doesn't curve back into a wall, so does it go straight up into a fireplace/stove hood?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dollhouse-Miniature-Small-Vintage-Cook-Stove/192431410910

You could just take the pipe off (if it comes off) and use a bendable straw for a stove pipe. Or get the Chrysnbon stove kit, take out the stove pipe from there and just use the rest of it for parts.

This is a beautiful bash of two Tennysons, but $1,500 and unfinished inside, is way too much in my opinion https://louisville.craigslist.org/tag/d/large-victorian-dollhouse/6461149392.html

I saw one of this exquisite cribs the other day on an expensive Ebay lot, and I would love to buy it, but I don't feel like driving to Chicago just for this item, anyone closer should snatch it! https://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/clt/d/dollhouse-furniture-canopy/6445872420.html

The Tennysons would have to be rewired as well. Without priming, that wiring is going to come straight off the wall. Besides, who plugs in a plug on the ceiling (well, OK, I've been tempted LOL).

You might want to contact the person in Chicago and see if they're willing to ship the crib. Some people say no right away and others are more open to the idea, especially if you offer to pay for postage. It's not like it would take a large box to and a lot of time to wrap it. You'll never know unless you ask and if they do say no, you're no worse off than you were before.

I corresponded with someone who had an ad on Offerup that was several months old. I thought maybe they just hadn't taken it down, but they said the house was still available (I didn't pursue it).

Hope you hear back Susie!

@rodentraiser - well, I am supposed to pick it up at 5pm today.....I can't wait to see what the treasures are!

You are very right, the problem is that I almost never get an answer now from my attempts to contact sellers on Craigslist. The only way that they answer is if they include a phone # to text or call. It is frustrating, but I will try again...

Wow, it sure needs a lot of TLC. I'll be surprised if it goes much above the opening bid.

I would think they'd donate it to a museum; it desperately needs much skilled conservation & restoration work done.

Ok, ready for the story of the ACP houses and the HTJB Katherine kit for $125?

first the ACP Houses,  I was communicating with the seller and we exchanged convo agreed on price and then I asked for a pick up location and she went dark....for 3 days, I thought well, maybe this isn't going to work out and then she contacts me on Monday and apologizes and says that she was in the hospital for her baby and I felt bad but she wanted to arrange pick up , suggested 5 pm and then I again asked for an address and she went quiet.....I thought wow, this is crazy, I responded after 5 that maybe Tuesday things would be calmer and I could come pick up.......well she went quiet because it turns out she was having a BABY!!!  Good Lord I can't believe they were even texting me about the houses lol.

It is a beauty ...the front stairs are there, the side panels are all there, I don't know if it has a back roof panel (which I think Kelly @rodentraiser said it did and  I didn't see screw holes for it but I can cut one and add it later, The house is wired but who knows if that works and there  are two kits for staircases that have german writing on them, 1 lawbre resin door, several resin windows that are just stunning and a Salisbury 7pc punch bowl set that has never been opened.  I have pages 3 through 7 of assembly for the Queen Anne maybe Emily @fovwill have the original instructions. Or maybe someone knows or has them and could let me know.

The OTHER house is shell assembled and its another ACP and it's the victorian.  I have all the parts to that, the instructions and more doors, 3 double doors ....another beauty.  Unbelievable for $50

Now, the HTJB Katherine that was listed was a different story, turns out it's only the front facade of the house, the lady brought out this 20x20 box and I thought wait this looks wrong hahahaha and I asked permission to open the box and informed the seller she had a piece of a house.....I was disappointed but needless to say, I'm not going to be greedy. I got the deal of a lifetime with the two ACP's for $50 - the receipt for the Lawber door is $76 and the receipt is dated 1985!

It's been an amazing week in Susie's Mini land!  Thank you again Kelli @rodentraiser for posting that offer up and Emily @fov for your help as well!

Susie, that's a great haul! Lucky you! Those stairs are the same style that came in the finishing kit with the house, but a different brand (at least the half scale stairs were a different brand). Please post pictures of the windows and door, they sound droolworthy!

I do have instructions but they're for the half scale version. It seems like your house is mostly assembled already, so I'm not sure if they'll be helpful, but I'll dig them out and scan for you. I'll send you a PM in a bit, I'm not exactly sure where the kit box is...

Susie, the Mini Mundus kits I've built had instructions in English, but the assembly pictures were so good I hardly needed them.  Here's the Mini Mundus upright piano & bench I made (I hated the kit upholstery, so petit pointed my own):

OK, I'm back with more houses and whatnot from across the country.

First up, I wonder if Jeannine would be interested in this Superlative Woods house. It's in Chilliwack, which I think is just over the border from me.

https://abbotsford.craigslist.ca/clt/d/superlative-dollhouse-wooden/6466675115.html

In the Bay Area we have a nice Celerity house:

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/for/d/quality-built-dollhouse/6451308146.html

This one is a little pricy, but you can get the house without furnishings for $500. It's a gambrel roof RGT house, I think. But the furnishing are nothing to sneeze at. I think there's some Bespaq pieces in there (not sure, though) and I think the living room sofa, chairs, and piano are Sonia Messer.

https://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/for/d/doll-house-large-intricate/6458495254.html

This is like a used store for old dollhouses. If someone brought me here I'd think I'd have died and gone to heaven.

For the miniaturist to whom money is no object - I thought you guys would like seeing this.

https://binghamton.craigslist.org/tag/d/dollhouse-fully-furnished/6465268895.html

This is a Walmer Arlington complete with an addition, front porch, and side porch. And for once the seller knows what they have. You may never see this house again, so I decided to post it.

https://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/tag/d/doll-house/6457585494.html

Another house I hope someone near Atlanta can get:

https://atlanta.craigslist.org/sat/clt/d/victorian-doll-house/6425585923.html

I'm still trying to figure this one out:

https://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/bab/d/doll-house/6458966705.html

Nice price for this Fairfield:

https://palmsprings.craigslist.org/tag/d/the-fairfield-wooden/6427271793.html

Another Celerity house for a decent price:

https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/for/d/dollhouse/6464332622.html

I thought this might be a RGT house, but I'm not sure. A nice house for the price, though:

https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/for/d/dollhouse-antique-handmade/6433333038.html

For some reason I like this house - it almost looks like half of a Pepperwood Farmhouse:

https://inlandempire.craigslist.org/tag/d/dollhouse-victorian-toy-wood/6431522046.html

I wish they had more pictures of this one:

https://miami.craigslist.org/pbc/bab/d/dollhouse-vintage/6467972723.html

And this one is weird and interesting:

https://sarasota.craigslist.org/tag/d/antique-doll-house/6428685652.html

I don't see a price on these, but I imagine it would be a lot. Personally, I wish I could afford this furniture.
