I thought it as hilarious that the seller claims it's 1:12 scale, when the package plainly shows 1:144.  Caveat emptor!

I thought it was a great price at $20 until I saw it is only the fence. It is amazing how pricey the 144 scale house kits are.

This seller has quite a few items

I love it when a seller has unique items! I always want to ask where they found the treasures....I wish there was an 'Antiques Roadshow' for miniatures.

Well, here's a deal if anyone is interested in some really nice windows.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/LOT-ARCHITECTURAL-DESIGNS-5-VICTORIAN-WINDOWS-WITH-MICRO-GLASS/392007283286?hash=item5b45747256:g:9HoAAOSwDTNapGnT

These look like the same windows on Lawbre and if so, this is one heck of a bargain. The large double one runs $60.75 and the long singles run $46.50 each on the Lawbre website. So you'd be getting $246 in windows for only $59 + shipping. Here is the Lawbre link:

http://lawbre.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=23

And they even come with interior trim and the micro glass, and I'm not sure Lawbre sells their windows with micro glass. Plus it's from Shelly's Miniature Mania. How could you go wrong?

That's the Glenwood Victorian by Afton

It looks similar to this Hofco house, only it's two stories instead of three:

If I lived near this one, I'd be tempted - because it has all the authentic 1970s decor that I have always wanted in a "70s house".

Check out that 70sliscious kitchen in harvest gold!!!!!

and the little 70s bearded guy in the livingroom!

UGH I didn't notice. The little bearded doll is probably still lucky to have that beard!
