fov
Someone posted this a few weeks ago - it's still up: https://www.ebay.com/itm/292633984537?ViewItem=&item=292633984537 I was flipping through my old 1/2 scale Oakridge catalogue today (from 1992) and saw it. The house is named The Van Ness. The price at the time was $149.95, but that didn't include the components. It doesn't say who the manufacturer was. The pile is so high in most of the rooms that it looks as if the surf''s up. You could lose a small dog in there!

minikelli
Jenn, I've seen it in person and can tell you for a 1:24 scale it is big! I will also say what Talina says in that description -- pics don't do that little house justice!!! It's beautiful, the floors and wall treatments -- you can tell it was put together by someone who dedicated her life to the craft!

fov
Large Country Peddler Victorian in Oakland CA: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/bab/d/queen-anne-victorian-doll/6650935054.html And this other Country Peddler San Francisco style Victorian is still up: https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/clt/d/san-francisco-queen-anne/6646266758.html I'd be tempted by the San Francisco style house if I had infinite space. The prices ($500 for the first one and $400 for the second one) don't seem out of line. Here's a Country Peddler / Fred Davis house that sold for $500 at auction in 2010: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/8277956_292-queen-anne-style-fred-davis-doll-house

madtex1967
This house keeps popping up on my eBay search. It is a great deal with cheap shipping! I have two of these in my stash or I would be tempted (still am!) to bid on this. These kits are 1/4" plywood and really great kits. https://www.ebay.com/itm/vintage-1979-Dollhouse-Kit-victorian-mansion-with-cottage/113168494649?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

I think it came from the Sears catalog and it was my BIG gift for Christmas from Santa! The kit is die cut, comes with the paper shingles, and plastic clapboard siding and shutters. There is also plastic wainscoting and a fireplace for the interior. The ones in my stash I plan on bashing them (of course) and upgrade all of those components. It is a Skilcraft kit. Here is a picture of the kit I had originally from an old eBay auction. It did not have the carriage house. https://www.ebay.com/itm/VICTORIAN-DOLLHOUSE-KIT-BY-SKILCRAFT-FROM-1970-S-model-680-NIB-/191682339017?hash=item2ca12860c9&nma=true&si=%252Fr2stF%252FOh7ZIiFOUhGlg%252FQ4RW5g%253D&orig_cvip=true&nordt=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
