Yep, the Lisa is really big. I built it and have picts up in my gallery. One of my favorite projects. LDD do a fantastic job with laser detailing.

Ebay has started doing an annoying thing where they redirect a url to a different auction after the original auction has ended. You can still find the original one by clicking "listing" in the blue bar at the top, but it's subtle. So that Lisa listing isn't actually what was posted here, this is the house they were talking about: https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/183252185211?nordt=true&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l10137

(That said - I love what you did with the Lisa!)

A Model Homes San Francisco kit just popped up on eBay.  This is a smaller version of my Cape May I am building.  It is not a bad starting price and shipping is reasonable as this kit is heavy.  I have two of them in my stash

Shopgoodwill.con has a NIB Arthur and a NIB RGT Newport that are bidding pretty low now if anyone is interested.

And a NIB RGT Vermont Farmhouse Jr. only at $13.99 now.

Should be Shopgoodwill.com.

I managed to get a Skilcraft Manor House - somehow for me it came up with the link Matt posted. Does anyone understand how that works?

Matt's link went to a search for "model homes," not to the auction itself. Here's the auction: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Model-Homes-Dollhouse-Kit-Model-1006-Vintage-New-In-Box-San-Francisco-Victorian/153122527434?hash=item23a6d058ca%3Ag%3A5H8AAOSw519bYcXk&_sop=10&_nkw=model+homes&_sacat=1202&rt=nc

Also eBay has started doing an annoying thing where when an auction ends, they redirect you to a different auction. You can still see the original by clicking "listing" near the top of the page (where it says something like "The listing you are trying to see has ended.")

Well the one is certainly beautiful, and I'm not trying to diminish the quality of work or materials I'm just not sure I'd of chosen Ebay to list this.....maybe Sotheby's instead.

Beautiful! Click to see what else this seller has to offer -- several less pricey but no less gorgeous chandeliers and other items.

a Dura-Craft Marquam Hill - shipping is a little out of hand IMO but it is a very heavy kit.

I really LOVE the MHM and how it is laid out. I bought one from a consignment shop while on a business trip in Portland, OR. I shipped it UPS Ground back to Indianapolis. It was about $70. I would have to go out to my "stable" and look, but I think the kit weighs about 66 pounds. I also bought and shipped a Bostonian and a Sterling Manor at the same time. It was just under $200 to ship all three, but well worth it with the deal I got on price!

I made a ridiculous bottom dollar offer on this and won! You have to scroll down once you get to the page to see it.

Is it the hot water heater that is coming up?
