This one is very close to me and the price is ok with me. Trying to ascertain whether the front opening pieces are there or if the builder decided to omit those. I really don't need this so sharing in the meantime in case anyone else around Philadelphia is interested.

No, but I adore the furniture.

It's plastic, right? Some of those Calico Critters houses are cute.

Yeah, and I would probably remodel it on the inside. But I'm just kidding myself. I guess I'm not really going to get it.

for those on the hunt for a Bellingham - shipping is kinda crazy but some people are determined lol.

I thought the ad said local pick up only.

No, it says free local pick up (people charge for local pick up?); the shipping is half the asking price for the kit.

OK, if you live in the LA area, you can have a Lace House! Unfortunately, it's a little expensive.

But also a cheap Canterbury:

And this house is still up for sale. It occurred to me that the windows at this point are probably worth more than the house.

Pretty Lace House but I skipped one locally for $350. I've decided I really need to stop acquiring new projects!

You're right, those windows would be worth more than the house on that one in Pomona. The singles are $37.50 apiece and the doubles are $52.75.

This one keeps popping up.  Now the price has dropped.  I have been strong, but it is now so tempting.  But someone would have a fit if I bring another one into the house.

Hmm ... :hmm: Maybe go look at it. Maybe it is badly built and you won't be sorry to pass it up.

Oh, that would be hard to resist! You should take a look at it in person like Kathy said...maybe you could get them to lower it even more. @1martinimomma album might tempt you. She did the house its due justice. http://www.greenleafdollhouses.com/forum/?app=gallery&module=gallery&controller=browse&album=8156

Matt, seeing as I will inherit your houses, just say: That one is only stored temporarily for Christina. Because Christina wants this one, but Christina's car is on the fritz, so it will not drive to Metairie at this time. I'll sign off on it. I think the coast needs to unite and not let that one get away. I can totally paypal you if you think that works....

Can you see the same grand staircase that I see in this house?

It's a Granville. How can you say no?!

Unless you can bring yourself to gift other houses in your stash, it's easier than upsetting one's sweetie.

@TimothyHH  Hi "neighbor"!   That looks like a great start to a house, but unfortunately I don't have the shop tools to finish a project like that.  Not sure why they would have left off the front opening walls??

There are often some nice houses available in your area.....and thankfully an hour's drive is just enough to curb my obsession!  LOL

Howdy neighbor. I asked the seller what was going on with that house. She said there were no front panels. I guess the original builder made some changes to the plans and omitted the front panels and cut windows and a door into the back. Strangely they still built the roof as if the house were front-opening.  So it ends up being an odd open-back but sort of front-opening house. I had to let it go because I literally do not have the space in my dollhouse workroom.

BTW I love all of your work, my favorite being the North Park/Ellwanger house. The North Park would be my kit if choice if I ever find myself with several hundred dollars I don't need.
