"Yes, Madam"  I'm so glad I didn't have a mouthful of anything; the last time I laughed so hard I sprayed the computer keyboard and shorted it out!

This is a rare DeAgostini Japan European style Palace kit, 1-130 individual kits (like the Ryokan Inn series kits), very expensive...https://www.ebay.com/itm/Deagostini-JP-1-12-Scale-DollHouse-European-Style-Palace-Unassembled-Model-Kit/283278111126?hash=item41f4b0f196:g:KkgAAOSwzDFb-~MZ

I really like the wine barrels in the cellar. I like that house a lot!

UGH!!!  The Price has now dropped to $85 from the original $200.  I am seriously wondering if iI can keep it in my vehicle until I can sneak it into the house.

85 is great. And you have skills in rehabbing. Seems like a great deal.

I’d check the dimensions as the Granville is a large footprint but for $85 I’d risk making another person nuts

I am seriously thinking of thinning out my stash.  I know I will not be able to build all that I have.  So if I do that, he might be more accepting to the Granville arriving.  I looked online and found the dimensions, so will measure my vehicle.  I am sure I can fold down the back seats and it will fit no problem.  He rarely rides in it, so he may not notice it in the back, covered up . . .
