I wouldn't go $5000+, but I'd pay plenty for it, but surely never what the seller thinks it is worth. Of course it IS priceless to me. That's the trouble with pricing these things, lol. I hope it finds a good home. I love that house too and it has some nice high end furnishings too. But I agree, the price is a little steep. At the dolls. The haunted dolls. They aren't for sale, they are just there to steal your soul. lol. BWAHAHAA! Oh my yes. My mother had a collection of antique dolls. I know most people like those things but they just creep me right out. Little black beady eyes waiting for you to fall asleep. "My name is Talky Tina, and I'm going to kiiilll you...." Elsbeth
I know these are a lot of work, and they're cheap and from China, but I find this one very cute: https://www.ebay.com/itm/DIY-Toy-Cabin-Rose-Garden-Tea-House-Handmade-Architectural-Model-Wooden-Villa/323830994955 I've had the Travel Trailer (adorable) and the Kitchen (the greenhouse like kitchen) and they were not high-end, but were quite well done. And can be enhanced to be very charming. I worry this one has too much fiddly stuff. They make a bookstore kit too...soooooo many books. I do like the idea of a tiny fiddly tea room, tho.

Mid-life madness
Looks like Greenleaf is branching out into a different scale. Has anyone else seen listing on eBay for Greenleaf furniture that clearly is something else? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Greenleaf-Dollhouse-Furniture-Kit-for-Bedroom/401798256949?epid=2255618585&hash=item5d8d0ad935:g:l~oAAOSw3YBdFbm5

I saw the original. I'm sure everyone has seen things posted to the wrong categories, like full-sized dining room sets in dollhouse furniture. Some things, I think, are purposely listed in the wrong places just to get more people to see them. I can't be the only person who's sick and tired of seeing Overstock's wallpaper everywhere I go on Ebay.
Elsbeth
I still really like this one for $60 - I'm sure we've linked to it before - that addition looks so familiar: https://www.ebay.com/itm/163759537643

Hmmm ... when I get too old to drive and don't have a car any more and rely on Uber to go visiting and get my groceries there would be enough room in the garage for something this big. If I had a doll to live in it, she might be Tess of the D'Ubervilles. [Note to self: stay out of the sun during these scorching Georgia summer days.]

"Dismantle" is the perfect word. It does not appear to be designed for access. If you have to lift off the roof to access the top floor, I wonder if you have to remove the entire second floor to access the ground floor? Hinged wall panels would have worked so much better. Pretty spectacular house though!

That's ginormous, probably wouldn't even fit through the door of most houses. I don't even consider the Rosedawn as ginormous!

At some point I was going to add the Simplicity (with its addition) onto my Hofco house to get all the rooms I wanted. The more I think about it and the more I think about how long it would take me to decorate all that, and taking into consideration how old I am, I'm starting to think small house now. In fact, I'm seriously thinking of cutting the Simplicity down to make a 4-room Cape Cod cottage out of it. I'm asking myself if I really need a formal dining room (no), more than 1 bedroom or bath (no), a library (no), a sunroom, an attic, or a laundry room (still thinking about it). Of course tomorrow I'll probably be posting about how I want to add another Americana onto the Americana.

Titania's Palace isn't even 10-feet long. You could fit six Rosedawns into that space with room to spare.

One moment I'm thinking of adding additions to a house and the next I'm considering chopping it from a 3-story to a 2-story. Sometimes adding space is just a waste and can make a house unwieldy. Speaking of adding wasted space, how funny I just replied to a comment about the Rosedawn because mine came with two of these, one for each side. Useless. Completely useless. If I can ever find them, they're going on Ebay. https://www.minishop.com/motts/shopexd.asp?id=58666
