Bespaq did at one time make 1:48 scale furniture.  It was distributed by Jeanetta Kendall and Silver Fox Creations.   I have the living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, two bedroom sets and a few miscellaneous pieces all perfectly detailed,   There were and continue to be knockoffs (the one pictured) by the same Asian companies that knockoff other Bespaq work in all three scales.  Beware!

Well I got an awful kitchen  set off ebay that was obviously copied and poor quality. But the1:48  bespaq-ian items I've  gotten from miniland.ca have been lovely.

I'm not sure, but that looks like the house that can be added to floor at a time. I'd have to look that up. I just got 5 bags of my books and magazines back and unpacked today. Wow - was that fun - NOT. Naturally, none of the miniature catalogs were among this bunch. On Monday, I have the last 5 bags to unload and put away. Then because there was a poison emitting thingy inside the bags to kill the supposed bedbugs in the books, I have to let them "air" on the shelves for another week. In fact, I had to unload them wearing plastic gloved. Never mind that I sleep right next to all these books and magazines.

Anyway, I'll look this house up sometime next week, because I want to know how good my memory is.

Its funny about this.  I vaguely remember this house from old magazine ads.  This seller has two listed.  One with BIN at $129.99 and then an auction starting at $59.99 with a BIN price of $499.99!!!!

It's the exact same pictures in both listings.

Check out the sellers negative feedback. I think what happens is maybe the seller is trying to see which way the house sells the fastest and when it sells in one listing, he/she cancels the other listing. Or maybe he has two. Or maybe he has two in wildly different condition. But I agree - it is strange.

Re the two houses with different prices, I sent a question to the seller and he sent me three e mails trying to explain, it was just one house and he said he would fix it, then when I looked one had gone.

The ad says to make offer; I wouldn't go for it unless I could look at it in person to see if that is, indeed, water damage, and just to make sure all the pieces for both kits are there.

What do you all think of this? It looks to be a 1” scale Van Buren with an accompanying gazebo for $60. Im not too sure about the quality of that box. Think it has moisture damage?

Offer up is awesome!

Does anyone recognize this house? https://offerup.com/item/detail/304491296/?ref=Search

So, how current are the offerings - I feel like I have to ask if an item (listed 4 months ago) is still available. For those of you who have used it - are people good about being current with listings?

Well I'm going to find out...I signed up, asked seller a question...and then I will make an offer on a house I have been hunting for (in a location I can drive to) for years. Fingers crossed.

For the price, if you offered and got the gazebo alone for only $50, that would be a good deal, BUT - I think that gazebo and porch is fitted for a Simplicity house. The Simplicity is only 26" wide, compared to RGT's other houses, which are 32" wide. So if you were thinking of using it on any house but the Simplicity, it might be short a couple inches across the front. If you contact the seller, see if you can get a model number for the gazebo.

But even if you don't want it, I've seen them on eBay for about $100. You might go lower and recoup your cost on the Van Buren.
