Beacon Hill Basement?

Hi!

I found my way to this site after trying to identify the two mostly assembled dollhouses I purchased for my daughter and I. One of them I have determined to be the Beacon Hill. I want it to have a "yard" so I purchased a brown IKEA table on wheels to mount it to while still being able to move it around our hobby house. I found this picture and love the atrium and basement concept. Does anyone now if this is a kit you can buy or is something the person probably custom fabricated?
