I had some peach taffeta I put up to the upstairs window and it looked so neat, so did the white silk lining fabric. I think I can make them totally separate from the window (like not glued on) and then hold it up and see what everyone thinks. Looking forward to seeing the Peach curtain. I think this colour combination will be a knockout!
WyckedWood
The peach was pretty but so was the white, will be hard to choose (again) lol I finished one little footstool yesterday just for a put-about, (this won't be the chair fabric) and found that it fit perfectly under the settee, that was a nice surprise I like that I can just slide it back out of the way. When Kelly said white with plum flowers which I didn't have, I did have white with yellow flowers. I like the way it pulls the yellow from the rug. It's so nice to put fresh clean fabrics on these older pieces of furniture, makes them look so clean and bright.

WyckedWood
Thanks, I'm glad to be done with furniture making for this cottage. I just have one little bench to make and then I can move on to the flowers. And I think Gertie needs a friend or a sister or a granddaughter to visit for tea
