I want to put in 5 to 6 light fixtures with a total of roughly 10 bulbs what size transformer should i get? I read that if i get one that is too big it will short out the lights? Sable Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 I live in a salt air environment so I take extra precautions to tape all of my connections with clear tape so the brass eyelets (never use brads) don't corrode.
