I might concoct something like that if I were into picking up driftwood at the beach, put a bird feeder into it and set it outside.  It doesn't look like anything I would want inside my house, but it might appeal to someone.

I see a little grumpy fae creature living there, with a sign that says Go Away! The furnishings all look like they're made of natural things, like twigs, moss, leaf blankets, acorns etc.

I've been researching fairy houses for gardens. Looks like a perfect candidate for that purpose.

Interesting piece of wood, it would make a nice rustic  garden fairy house, l have always liked the idea of recreating the Swiss family robinson tree house.  One book I used to have, and may still somewhere, had sketches of the tree house, with a stairway that circled the hollow trunk.
