The basic shell construction was complete, and then it was time to construct the dormers and windows. . . and my construction and enthusiasm came to a screeching halt because I just couldn't make sense of the instructions and what went where and lined up with what else. Anyway, fast forward to the present. Last night I unearthed my dear Newport that had been in storage and decided the older, (hopefully) wiser, more patient me wanted to tackle the rest of this project. I've looked online for completed images of the Newport to hopefully make sense of the dormer construction, but nothing shows it clearly. I'm a visual learner.
