Whooswhoo
Hello Everyone, has anyone used or made the greenleaf furniture kits? They are similar to the dollhouses, made of the same material etc etc and require assembly. What are your thoughts on their quality and ease of assembly? Are they worth the effort? Thanks! havanaholly
I rehabbed the Laurel for Toys for Tots and made up three of the kits to funish it; the kitchen: he living room: and the bathroom: I wasn't particularly happy with the commode stool and I added backs to some of the pieces, since they were for a child and I thought the pieces without backs should have had them. They are easy to assemble and make up into some sturdy furniture that will withstand play by children and can be finished to fit various themes. Depends on what you're asking of them as to whether they are worth the effort.
WyckedWood
If they were being made for children to play with, yes worth the effort.
havanaholly
They are what they are, and a lot of fun to fix up.
Whooswhoo
Thanks for replying. This would be mostly for display, although I like the idea of painting or staining the furniture colours I like.
havanaholly
If it's for display you can do all sorts of embellishments to make it spectacular.
