minilover62
I took the task of listing the 1/144 scale Northeastern Scale kits, and so far this is what I have been able to put together with the precarious info that there is online. 1-Cottage (without wraparound porch) 2-? 3-Log Cabin 4-Farmhouse (exactly like the Log Cabin but with siding) 5-Cottage (with wrap around porch) 6-? 7-Cape May 8-Fan House 9-Gothic Mansion + Gazebo 10-Victorian Mansion + Gazebo + Table 11-? 12-Queen Anne Mansion + Gazebo + Table 13-Gingerbread Mansion + Gazebo + Table 14-Garfield Mansion + Table 15-Beacon Hill 16-Philomena 17-Italianate Villa 18-Seaside Cottage After the Seaside Cottage I don't have any info of any further houses. I would like to know the houses with the #s 2, 6 and 11. One of this should be the Victorian Bay house, and I am not sure if the Olde Savannah Home could be another one. If anybody can help me finish this research please add your share of info here! It was fun looking for info all over to put this together. Goldenrodfarm
There is one I looked at on ebay that said it was The Hampton, not sure where that fits in

One difference is that the name of this kits is Northeast Scale, not Northeastern Scale, another difference is the numerical sequence to label them. It would be interesting knowing if they are related.

minilover62
If anyone is interested, the Robin Betterley's 1/144 scale kits are available at Etsy for only $5. I bought 2 and are hoping to see if they post the furniture kits that will go with them.

sparklepuppies
Oh Barb, you are right! Those are smaller than 1/144. I didn't even check the measurements. Those are about the size of the kit I said I would never do another of... Hmmm... I'll have to think about that.

I believe it is a Karen Benson design. At least that is what the packaging said. I had gotten it from ebay

Goldenrodfarm
I was eyeing the Christmas Story house too, wondering if it is a dollhouse or just a building? The dollhouses were listed in the description as dollhouse but not all of them were described that way.

Mid-life madness
@minilover62 A bunch of 144 kits have just been listed on eBay.....so strange how that happens when we mention things here. Or maybe people just read this forum...I like to believe otherwise... https://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Garfield-Kit-1-144-scale-Miniature-Doll-House-Kit-DH-14-1024/391957471821?hash=item5b427c624d:g:EDIAAOSwnsRaUowD

minilover62
I found out that The Savannah is a Laser Tech kit. Hopefully somebody has and can help to clarify which kits belong to the #2, #6 and #11 from the Northeastern Scale line. https://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Savannah-1-144-scale-Miniature-Doll-House-Kit-by-Laser-Tech/391957012769?hash=item5b42756121:g:t~0AAOSw-U1aUTmX
minilover62
UPDATE: 1-Cottage (without wraparound porch) 2-? 3-Log Cabin 4-Farmhouse (exactly like the Log Cabin but with siding) 5-Cottage (with wrap around porch) 6-? 7-Cape May 8-Fan House 9-Gothic Mansion + Gazebo 10-Victorian Mansion + Gazebo + Table 11-Victorian Mansion Fence kit 12-Queen Anne Mansion + Gazebo + Table 13-Gingerbread Mansion + Gazebo + Table 14-Garfield Mansion + Table 15-Beacon Hill 16-Philomena 17-Italianate Villa 18-Seaside Cottage
minilover62
I think this is the final status of the 1/144 scale Northeastern Scale kits. In parenthesis are the NE codes for this items. 1-Cottage (without wraparound porch) (1003) 3-Log Cabin (1004) 4-Farmhouse (exactly like the Log Cabin but with siding) (1011) 5-Cottage (with wrap around porch) (1012) 7-Cape May (1013) 8-Fan House (1014) 9-Gothic Mansion (1015) + Gazebo 9 (1020) 10-Victorian Mansion (1016) + Gazebo 10 (1021) + Table 10 (1116) 11-Victorian Mansion Fence kit (1017) 12-Queen Anne Mansion (1018) + Gazebo 12 (1022) + Table 12 (1118) 13-Gingerbread Mansion (1019) + Gazebo 13 (1023) + Table 13 (1119) 14-Garfield Mansion (1024) + Table 14 (1124) 15-Beacon Hill (1025) 16-Philomena (1026) 17-Italianate Villa (1027) 18-Seaside Cottage (1028) According to the 2008 Dollhouse Miniatures and Accessories Catalog, there is not a #2 nor a #6 kit for this series. With this I finish my research.
Goldenrodfarm
I think I should get #16 Philomena since that was my grandmothers name!
