Question about Beacon Hill bow windows fit

4 posts in this topic

I just installed the bow windows of my Beacon Hill: Tabs are all lined up and everything is snug and looks good... but! the sides don't touch the walls of the house there is about 1/8th of an inch space. Is this intentional? Perhaps to accommodate the siding? Thoughts?

When I build bays and there are gaps, I get out my  packages of bamboo skewers and select the ones that fit best to cut to length and glue to fill those gaps.

Thanks guys, I have used different sized skewers as fill-ins (used them on the outside of my bows :) I guess they're my go-to's here as well.
