Here's the worst part. My nephew, who lives near me, is a contractor. I didn't want to bother him, as he and my niece are busy turning houses in the Georgia mountains and are often gone. He did come by in mid-construction and pointed out some deficiencies that the inept "contractor" then remedied.

The crystal-ball-of-hindsight-&-foresight indicates no contractor hires in my future.

Went out to rake up mulch from grass and made a discovery -- the paulownia is about to bloom! New post
