Diana Front Door

It's a 1:24 scale Diana, yes?

You need to complete the door panels and the header pieces first. The header acts as part of the door jam trim, so you will tilt it into place from the inside of the house. I used small pieces of masking tape to hold the door panels together and placed the header on those pieces, then from the inside place the door bottom posts into the holes and tilt the parts into place. The header wedges into place above the door panels. Make sure that the door panels will turn loosely in the header and floor holes before any gluing. I also installed hardware (knobs) before final positioning and gluing.

The trick is working in the small space...it’s why I installed the staircase after installing the door and interior trims.

Thank you! I was so frustrated 'cause the schematic is kind of useless. I shall try. Many thanks my Liege!
