havanaholly
It looks an awful lot like a modified Dura-Craft San Franciscan.
Elsbeth
Looks like a Melissa Doug variation to me. Or something similar for kids - usually found on amazon billed as "solid wood dollhouse". Looks like it is for kids play.

The birch is beautiful, what do you have in mind for it Carmen?

I contacted the seller. Let's see if they answer. I want this one for another friend's granddaughter!
minilover62
The post is still up, but not answer. It is so frustrating when people from Craigslist don't answer. I would like to know the must effective way to reach the sellers. I've tried already lots of ways and still must of my inquiries go unanswered. Gonzo
I have had the same problem with Craigslist. The best method is calling if they leave a phone number as opposed to text. Persistence is also the key. Tell them you don't mean to keep bothering them, but... and then explain. If the price is right you can tell them how interested you are in the listing. It is a slippery slope if you want to negotiate the price. Obviously the more interested they think you are, the less likely they are to negotiate. Be persistent. Get what you want!
