No reply to emails or phone messages

I have made 2 phone calls and sent 1 email  in the last week or so inquiring about a replacement for damaged parts on a Brimbles Mercantile kit. I have 2 damaged pieces of the window material and until I can get a response from Greenleaf I am done. I can go no further. How do I get to someone at Greenleaf. The phone calls go to voice mail and the email only generated an automated response.

From what I recall the person who deals with this works part time. Keep trying. Calls work best.
