Beacon Hill - Missing Parts

WC

Recommended Posts

Finished cleaning the Beacon Hill that I bought this past weekend and have started doing some repairs.  I am missing a few things and was wondering if anyone on this forum had any spare parts that they might be willing to sell?  I am missing one shutter, half of the front door, 10 of the large roof brackets, and about 12 of the smaller brackets from the bay windows.  I can make my own replacement parts, but thought that if anyone had any spares it would save a bit of time.

In case you cannot find spares, I believe extra sheets can be ordered.  I checked the schematic drawing and found the following information:

Shutters:  sheet 20 (shutter trim) and sheet 20 (shutter back)

Front Door:  sheet 23

Roof Brackets:  sheets 22 and 25

Bay Brackets:  available on sheets 22 and 23

Hi there! I’m new here and just bought a Beacon Hill that needs a bit of rehab. Just wondered if you were able to buy the replacement parts from Greenleaf?

Apparently not any longer; you would need to have bought the kit from them, if I understand the policy now.  If you have any pieces that you want to duplicate, this is easily done from 1/8" plywood, since that is what Greenleaf uses to make their kits.
