Some of us harken to the older social media like Flickr, after the demise of Webshots. Yep, it's true, there are other social media. Pinterest has it's followers, as does the nearly defunct Google+. Yahoo had it's groups, now all but gone. Some or a lot of us also have blogs. Maybe if people want to share/socialize theirs, we could suggest they add those as their default footers?
