MelissaRN
Hi! I've just joined after finding this site while searching for 1/24 scale dolls. I have only built 3 dollhouses, all of which are now gone. I've recently moved into a much larger home, with large craft areas, so I plan on building new houses and room boxes. If you can help me find a place that sells 1/24 scale dolls suitable for an older child to play with, or give me some ideas on how to make her a few, I would greatly appreciate it. havanaholly
Welcome to the little family, Melissa. The Fairfield is 1:24 and I made most of the furniture and all of the little folks by scaling down my 1:12 patterns:
Debsrand56
This seller on Etsy does posable cloth dolls in 1:24 scale. You can buy ready-made dolls or the patterns to make your own. https://www.etsy.com/shop/PrairieCrocusStudio Not as pricey or delicate as porcelain dolls, so they might work well for an older chilf.

I used these in my Little House in the Big Woods cabin, they're great! Mine was a custom order, so the seller did the hair and faces and clothes.
