Hi. everyone!

I'm a newbie in doll house construction

I had problems with making furniture, so my husband bought me a doweling jig:ermm:Woodstock-D4116-Doweling-Jig-review-300xhttps://pickadvisor.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Woodstock-D4116-Doweling-Jig-review-300x300.jpg (don't know how to attach the image properly)

He's sure I can use it, as it's helpful in his workshop

Has anyone any experience using it?

If not, maybe you like the idea:dunno:

I'll be interested to see how that works in 1:12 and 1:24, especially the latter.  When I was working with 1/8" diameter dowels for chair legs I used round toothpicks for the rungs:

It might be helpful with joining individual boards like for a butcher block table or cutting board but dollhouses are usually made with plywood sheets attached with nails and/or wood glue and clamps. Wish I had one while reglueing my 40 year old butcher block table.  I personally don’t see a regular use for it.
