Help identifying a vintage house

Has anyone ever seen a dollhouse like this one? I think it may be 40s, it is double sided, front, back, and roof come off. It has a porch on each side. It has light in all rooms except the small bathroom and the chimney may have been red originally. It also has 2 lightbulb spots in the floor in the living room and dining room (possible fireplace lights?).  The house also has a metal light switchboard on the bottom back side.

I had two dollhouses (the small one got replaced early on, so I don't remember much about it) in the 1940s and the Keystone had one light, an appliance-type bulb over the stairwell with a cord that plugged into a wall socket.  it was open in back.  This dollhouse looks much later and if I were going to restore it I'd try putting a small entry porch with pillars under that front door portico.
