Yes, it is a great house, unfortunately with a big price. They do 50% off specials on a regular basis, so it was $125 for the house, and about $156 total with tax and shipping. They are a big chain, but I don't know whether they are willing to ship internationally. It might be worth checking it out, and if they do ship to your neck of the woods, then hold off until they do a 50% off promotion. They do them quite frequently.
