uppitycats
is it really a Greenleaf? half-scale? http://cgi.ebay.com/Dollhouse-Greanleafe-v...1QQcmdZViewItem
darrellandmelissa
I am not sure if it is a greenleaf house and it does not look half scale to me. I think they made a mistake as the description also says : " Completely furnished, and finished, all 6 rooms. flooring, carpets, and walls." and the picture shows a bare wood interior. Color Me Holly
That looks like the dura-craft that Amy(molmarth?) has. I can't remember that name of the house.
Lisa R.
Looks like the 1:12 DuraCraft Newberg to me. Lisa R.
nuttiwebgal
yup that would be the full scale Newburg by Dura-craft. with just a small bit of research and the seller would know this. very popular house. nutti
Missymew
Will anybody e-mail the seller and let them know which house and scale that this actually is? -Susanne
uppitycats
Will anybody e-mail the seller and let them know which house and scale that this actually is? -Susanne I'm hoping all the opinions here are right -- that it's a 1:12 scale "Newburg" manufacured by Duracraft...'cuz that's what I just told the seller. uppitycats
Well, they changed the size to the correct scale...but then said it was a "duralast". I wrote again, offered one more correction. It's a pretty good deal, for someone who wants that house...but they gotta get it right if they're going to attract customers. On the other hand, them NOT knowing maybe means somebody will be able to get a really good bargain!
chesterfieldzoo
I just sent them a message that it is not a duralast. I like the upside down back view. Nice ceilings. LOL.
havanaholly
That's definitely the Newburg and it's now correctly identified. I missed the upsidedown view, but apparently all the furniture, accessories, dog, etc in the other pictures are what come with it. Of course I'd rather have the fun of building and finishing & furnishing it myself (when I finally build my way through the other kits to the Newburg I have patiently stashed in the pile...) uppitycats
Yes, I see this morning that it's corrected. I'd rather do all the decorating and furnishing myself, too. I have it on watch -- not that I'm interested in buying it, but it'll be interesting to see if it does sell.
