The question of the day is this: Where did the "Happy Birthday to You" Song get it's start? What Year Was it made? What year was it first published? Hill and Patty Smith Hill, two sisters from Kentucky and also teacher. In 1893 Mildred a kindergarten teacher penned the tune and her sister a school principle penned the lyrics.
