Just bought this San Franciscan already built. it needs a little renovation. I don't like the upper and lower trims in the rooms, it has some damage parts, but I may leave the wallpaper? or some of it. It needs a good cleaning see the writing on the walls lol. I am excited to have this house. I have two like it in the boxes but this will be fun. whoever built it did a solid job........I need to finish my Garfield first before working on this much. But really having this will be a joy and help me when I build the two kits I have!
