  11. My first build

    My older brother found this kit at a Value Village and picked it up for me. He knows how I love little things and collect miniatures. I had trouble visualizing how I wanted to do the inside. I started this last winter and now that it is winter again I am back to building.

    I am not very happy with this house. :(
    It is very old and sad looking, I got it used. It is For Sale If anyone wants it. Deffantly would be WONDERFUL if you rehabed it, because I put a large basement, garage, and sunroom on it!

    This house took me about a year to make. It is 10 rooms and has a porch. It Is also a Colonial type house w/ dormers.
    It is painted a pale yellow w/ white trim and black shutters and door. I will post pics later.
