A neat find at the craft store

I was tickled by these little buttons and tiny cookie cutters. If food-themed isn't your thing, they also had several other cute themed sets - sewing accessories, beach, baby's room, etc. The only drawback is that the buttons have those loop things on the backs (are they called shanks?), but I know I can find a way to use them. The cookie cutters aren't buttons, they just sit flat.

Great finds. Really cute.

You should be able to snip off the shanks or saw them off or even soften them with a hair dryer and pinch them off.

Yes,nippers I call them,will snip the shank right off. I've got the cookie cutters and some Christmas buttons,but haven't seen the other styles before-just adorable!
