my first house acquisition...I usually build my own but this one just yelled at me...

I am planning minimule work to it...want to do some wood protection as the wood grain in each room just begs to not be painted....

the outside is getting new shutters...I feel these are disproportionate to the look of the house...I feel the same thing for the columns

also needs SOMETHING in those 2 blank spots... brick work is the old style dollhouse brick...shingles in reasonable shape... 

and still has all the windows......
