A little scuffing up and some paint gave these fixtures just the right amount of age and charm!

Thanks so much for sharing your technique!  I am doing an "old" house and wanted to use subway tiles, but had no idea how I would do it.

I hope it's not pointless to ask since this posting is several months old, but where did you find or how did you make the fixtures and lights? I love love love this bathroom and may try to do the subway tile when I do mine. But I just can't find lighting and fixtures like these. I will probably use a mix of wire and dowels to replicate the pipes and use alcohol ink or acrylic paint. But what about those tiny faucets? Any links would be appreciated. I just can't seem to find tutorials or much else on this. Thank you! and beautiful work!
