The right center and center front panels, along with the door and window, are missing. The shell is 3/8" plywood so I'm not sure yet what I'll use to replace them. It came with two counters, one with upper shelves, that may end up in the Heritage Book & Coffee Shop. In the original there's a wall around the staircase, but it doesn't look like it was used, so I'll have to improvise a railing, too. The balcony and its railing are what sold me on the kit.
