So I have been obsessing about finding just the right Christmas tree for James, especially after I saw a table top tree I REALLY liked from Pier 1.[ Its 27 inch high and 12 inches around no lights]  but just didn't want to spend quite that much. After lots of online browsing I realized I had enough stuff on hand to make the tree I wanted. I used an 18 inch high by 7 inch diameter green cone. I took apart some garland that I almost threw away this summer after cleaning the basement. The garland had differing hues of evergreen branchs plus tiny pinecones and red berries. So here is the tree so far with out lights and decorations!
