Kitchen sink

SewMini

Sewing notions have finally made their way into the house! I used a spare brass grommet to make my sink's drain.

Great job on the sink!  Like the grommet. What are you going to use for faucets?

Now that I've got this kind of blu-ish green, I'm thinking about going with a brown/bronze fixture color so I may make everything out of black fimo and then do a dry brush of copper or gold over it. Still kind of thinking about that. I may wait to decide until after I have the counter tops in because I'm still waffling about how dark I want to go with those too. Too bad there's not a Dollhouse Restoration Hardware catalog lol.

That would look really nice, and would pop against the gray.  You can always spray paint with bronze spray paint, or I have had good luck mixing a little copper in with flat black Testors to produce a dark, rubbed bronze.
