Interior of the brick Colonial.  Thinking this may be a scratch-build from plans? The house is in overall good shape- just needs the mildew situation neutralized and a basic restoration and repair of the inside.  The client wants it pretty much as original.  The tapewire is shot, so that will need to be replaced.  The walls are terrible - so I see a LOT of spackle in my future!
