Witch's Toolbox

Dalesq

More furniture for the Chanticleer.

This tiny chest is actually a 1:48 scale treasure chest kit (by Stewart's Dollhouse). It's tricky to build because of the curved top (many "magic" words were employed during its construction :D ). I used Miniwax Provincial stain and light varnish on it and lined it with a celestial map that I printed at half scale. I plan to fill it with candles, crystals and such.

I like the slatted wood detail on the curved lid... This could work in any scale really, depending what you wanted to use it for. I see it as a desktop item in 1:12. :)
