Bargello benches

otterine

I've finished up the two bargello benches, and I while I love the way they turned out, I don't think the color is going to work in the Mill.  I will likely list these for sale and get another set of House of Miniatures kits instead of discarding the stitching.  Each seat averaged about 5 hours of stitching, so it is not a big setback to give it another go.  I'll tone down the lightest color this time around.  I know that's the nature of bargello, but it was more striking in the end than I wanted.

Too bad, because they are lovely.  They really did turn out very well.  I'm sure you'll quickly find takers if you sell them.

Gorgeous!

But I can see, looking at your other mill furnishings why you don't want to use them. Maybe they are just not quite right for Gustav's style. He seems to be quite the collector so his pieces have to be just right. :) .

A lucky miniaturist is going to score some fabulous benches though. :D
