Wonderful photos, is this a scratch build design? Someone has put in a lot of work on this one, I especially love the staircase.

Thanks for the kind comments! The house is a Laser Dollhouse Designs "Lisa" - I didn't modify the basic house design but did do a lot of embellishments (extra trim, LED mood lighting, copper gutters, etc.)
