Everything comes in the kit for all the structures you see. The brick and stone paper, greenery, wallpapers and flooring, even the shelf in the sunroom. No furniture, though. This kit has been discontinued for awhile. I found this one for sale already built - I always wanted one. I have built Sue Herber's Tiny Townhouse and Aunt Polly's House (larger victorian house). Her kits great. Alas, she is retiring!
