This is my first dollhouse. I didn't build it but got it on Craigslist for $25.00.  It had been left outside and was water damaged but I just fell in love with its retro feel.  I have really enjoyed fixing it up but keeping the older age to it.  My favorite rooms are the kitchen and the study.  I still have work to do on it.
