Baking table

WyckedWood

I had bought a large hutch for this kitchen and tried to convince myself that it wasn't too big, but obviously it was...I don't know what I was thinking. So I cut the top part with the shelves off and added some ball feet (spindles) to give it a little more height and now it's a baking table. Problem solved.

And a gorgeous baking table at that!.. I love the finish.. so lovingly worn without being overly rustic. :)

This is so cute! I bought a similar bare wood piece but without the hutch part just the bottom, I couldn't tell this was the hutch before looks just the same :) You did a wonderful job with the finish, I am going to try to distress it... probably won't turn out that great lol, I haven't gotten used to working with pre-assembled pieces >.<

Thanks ladies, glad you like it. It matches well with the base I'm using for this house. The funnest part is arranging all the baking stuff :)
