This is Princess Alice, Queen Victoria's daughter, based on a Winterhalter painting of Alice circa 1845. She's just about 3 inches tall. Dressed in layers of silk taffeta. I love how her little bonnet turned out. After about 5 tries lol.
I tried to have just the toe of her shoe peeking out like it is in the painting.
