Finished the exterior walls and glued the roof. There's still a lot more to do on the porch and bay window, I'll probably use a light stain for the floorboards here. And I need to test stains for the shingles... I'm thinking either grey or black.

I'm a bit undecided about the roof decoration... with or without finial, and style of cross bracing. I'm thinking about modifying the original vergeboards... if in the end they look too "heavy" and thick perhaps I'll cut new ones.

My kinda colors just perfect . These half scale houses are sure nice .

They are really wonderful to work with, lasercut plywood is super easy to assemble and requires very little sanding. The only downside is sometimes it can be hard to hide the "burnt" markings around the edges on stained parts. Other than that these are probably faster builds, I've spent so much time sanding on the Beacon Hill this feels like a breeze :D
