Enamel Top Table

Erkgoer

I made a 1930's inspired enamel top kitchen table from basswood, cardstock and two diameters of aluminum tubing. Mat board could be substituted for the wood. I cut the table top design from permanent glossy vinyl using my silhouette cameo. I sprayed the table with Testors white gloss enamel before adding the vinyl decal. You can feel the raised edges of the decal, but it's not visible so I won't add any layer to seal it or even out the texture. The design is slightly out of scale but I like it. I followed this tutorial from 1 Inch Minis to make this project.

Love this table! I've made a couple from this tut myself but never got brave enough to add decals or anything like that... :p
