Let this serve as a warning, always check the measurements before bidding. When I got it home it took up half my tiny craft room! The damage was worse than expected and the house had already had some badly done (hot glue!) repairs so all the trimmings needed removing which was when I thought that actually I am going to rebuild the house in a new style.
